I tried to go to it a few minutes ago and now there is a statement saying the site is down because of some spyware problem which they are trying to fix. It is about 11:30 AM central time 7/19. First only with internet explorer but then google chrome detected problems there too so I don't know if it is safe or not. There was a red bar across the top of the page with a selection "this is not an attack site" clicked that and normal function returned. They are aware of the problem and working to fix it.
