color of 1936 F-20

Don't have a serial numbre brake, but if it is a low 1936 serial number I would paint it grey. If it is a mid or high 36 serial number I would paint it red, any Farmall or McCormick Deering tractor model of that year.

The Colletor's Originality Guide for FARMALL Regular and F-Series by Oscar H. Will III and Todd Markle* paraphrased:

If it was built before November 1, 1936... Farmall F-30s should be painted gray with red wheels - and ones built after that date should be painted all red. Nothing conclusive on hub color - looks like they could have been red or gray. It also gives more info regarding one piece wheels like F & H round spokes for pneumatic tires... says they should be all red - and their rims could be painted red or else were galvanized which gave them a gray-silver look. Looks like no specific rules where set in stone about it, so sounds like either way should be considered correct on those.
