I happened to see what turned out to be a 1966 Cub Low Boy on the roadside--bought it for $200. It"s pretty complete and has a sickle mower.
I"ve previously restored, fixed up really, a JD B, Ford 8N, Farmall A, Allis B and a Allis G with a lot of help from this forum.
The little Cub looks interesting. Not being familiar with the tractor, I was wondering if anyone could advise me on what to look for, etc.

What to look for? Well, EVERYTHING...

I mean, there isn't all that much to these tractors. It's very similar to the Farmall A you worked on, just smaller.

For $200, you'd better get a cast ready for your arm. It will probably get broken patting yourself on the back. If it runs, you stole it, for that money. Then the mower to boot. Lucky. Welcome aboard.
