I have a 45 H with a carb that I need a kit for.
The only numbers that I can find are 6213 DA on the upper and 6212 DB on the lower. Can you help me with a proper number as I cannot match the parts numbers on the parts order list, in other words what rebuild kit do I order?

There are only two kits, one for a distillate/kerosene carb and one for a gas only carb, so it depends on which engine you have.

Yes, there are 2 kits, but each kit has the same exact parts in it. Really not much point in having one kit for the distillate carb and another for the gasoline carb since distillate fuel has been obsolete for about 50 years now and those original distillate tractors have all been converted to use gasoline long, long ago.
 
Sort of--I bought one for an H from TSC. One part, I forget which one did not fit, I used the old one. TSC has two numbers, I picked the wrong one, distillate carb. I too thought there was only one kit, but this one was different.

All of them will need the gasket re-worked to make it fit, and if the kit came with a choke shaft and plate, the plate will most likely need a bit of trimming and general reworking to make it fit, unless of course you bought the kit from someone who knows the short-falls of those kits and has already made the necessary modifications.
 
I sold this tractor, before I did I put a cheap kit in it because it leaked like a sieve (I know all I needed was a needle and seat). Gasket was ok. The replacement kits on my restored tractors are CaseIH, they have presented 0 problems, gaskets or otherwise.
