H/M u-shaped drawbars with fit the C through at least the 560. Some people like them better than the standard one. One use is that you can bolt a sickle mower to it. One of the C's I bought had one on it. That drawbar has been modified. The H/M, etc ones fit without modification.

We took an identical drawbar off our Super C.

I think it's off an Allis-Chalmers or a Massey.

How does the SQHARE H/M drawbar bracket fit the HEX-shaped C axle housing?

I put one from an f12 on mine, easier to get on and off of.

The C brackets and the H/M brackets are both flat on the drawbar side but are made to fit the individual model on the axle side. The brackets do not interchange. Oddly enough, both my C's had those drawbars and brackets when I bought them. The brackets look factory, they are not in my C parts book, perhaps someone knows what they fit or if they were aftermarket -- I never thought of that until now.

Those brackets are a regular attachment for the C/Super C. They are needed for multiple implements, including plows, cultivators, mowers etc.

Jim, That's what I thought, I didn't look further in the parts book, just to see if the drawbar was listed. Actually I already knew that, I just went brain dead for a moment.
