I know this question has been asked a million times, but is a Super MTA distillate any more valuable or worth a steeper price? tractor still has all original parts and runs

It is only worth more if somebody will pay it. There are more straight gassers than distillates.

it would be worth more for someone trying to put together a set of all of the different Super MTA's. but not to the average collector, maybe even lesss because of the reduced horsepower.

I would like to see pics of it. Im putting a 40h together with all the distillate parts...manifold/heat shield, complete working shutters, starting tank and all the plumbing ect. I would buy the mta in a heartbeat lol. Jim

I'm not a distillate fan, but if I was in the market for one it wouldn't stop me from buying and restoring it to the original condition. In my opinion it "might" be more valuable restored, but the condition will override the distillate options if sold unrestored. If it was a straight M or SM, it's value restored or not would be less to me. Only my thinking.
