Farmall MD will not run on diesel side

Have a 1950 farmall md always seemed to
start and run good on gas and switch to
diesel fine after sitting approx 2 years we
got it running on gas fine but when you
switch to diesel it dies we changed fuel
filters pump gauge shows pressure like it
should but no fuel at injectors please help!

Stuck rack in pump. Check the other three posts out from this week on the same issue.

Look for MD, WD-6, WD-9, 400d, 450d, 600d, 650d, etc. They are all "the same" motor and pump setup.

Can Anyone walk me threw on how to check or repair the rack? and or do I need to look at the plunger please advise

change over valves are stuck. need to pull tappet cover and get them freed up usually just tapping with w block of wood and hammer will free them up to make it start, might miss some if so you may need to pull the head.

Do a search on Red Power Forum. There are a few more knowledgeable diesel guys over there. A lot of good advice.

There is a search on this site, but you are but it is tough to use.
