leaking Injectors Super MTA

I am trying to finish the rebuild on my super MTA Diesel and when trying to change over to diesel the injectors are spraying diesel from between the injectors and the housing they sit in. My mechanic replaced the rubber orings put they leak even worse now. Do I need to remove the precombustion chambers to fix the problem? If so, what is the best way to get them out. So far we have not been able to get them to budge at all.

I think you are talking about the nozzle body retainers. The precups are way in there and can really only come out with the head off. I built a slide hammer to remove mine.

Rubber rings are just to keep dirt and dust out.
If leaking between the nozzle body and head there's steel sealing rings between the body and precup. also a steel ring under precup. If between the body and the part fuel line screws on there's sealing rings under it.

Soak em with PB blaster...use 2 small crows foot pry bars, prying under each side. You might have to use some heat, they can be very stubborn to get out..The steel seals are available on line through Case-IH parts..about $50 for all eight..

Here is a picture of my puller at work. This puller was a failure, I ended up building a plate to use a purchased slide hammer. The plate was thick steel with two properly spaced holes and a couple nuts welded to it to accept the slide hammer. It worked in the end.

Also, take a look at your parts manual. You will see what you are after and where all the different seals are.

If I remember correctly I used the threaded holes as
pushers.I put a piece of steel under threaded holes
and used bolts to push out injectors..The bolts may
get damaged when used as pushers,so take a small
grinder and grind them flush when you get injectors
out.

That would work well! You might just want to buy a few 3/8" NF (IIRC) bolts.

that is not how you remove injectors. you are dissasembling them on the tractor. have never seen that done before.
