Do or did they make a rotary cutter for the F12 if so what kind of set up was it and would it be possible to find one today?

Thanks!

Stumpman, A woods model U not sure of the # It would be 60" or 72" same as the one for a Farmall C Could be mounted on and F-12 and F-14.
I always wanted to set one up on a F-14 but as of now I have not done it. oldiron29

Are you wanting to mow your yard or are you wanting to mow weeds. They have nice belley mowers for mowing the yard. Also there are rear mowers for cutting taller stuff which do you want.

It most likely wont get used for much of anything but show. I am thinking of installing it on this tractor. I'm wondering if it would be a belly mount mower?

Your tractor with the cult is way much more of a show piece than a mower would be as you just dont see cults on that model. You can always get a pull be hind bush hog type and leave the cult on.

My cub needed an engine overhaul, so one summer, I took the 59" mower off of it and mounted in under my f-12. I dropped two angle iron peices off of thhe drawbar to attach the mower to so that the tractor could push it, and used a Ford 90 degree pto belt bulley gearbox. Mounted a huge v-belt pully on it to get the rpms up. Man did it work well; I could mow in third gear and the old f-12 had quite abit of power. The gas mileage was great too! I picked up a Yanmar belly mower at an acution and plan on putting it on one of my f-12/14"s in the future. I wish I would have taken pictures of it before I took the mower off to put on the cub.
