swartz wide front swap

I want to pull a swartz wide front out from under a WD45 AC and put it under a Farmall H. Will it work & how much trouble am I looking at?

Sell the one from the AC, and buy one for the IH.

With a torch,welder,drill press,and some scrap steel,it will fit...

There are a few parts on all Schwartz wide fronts that are exactly the same, but the parts that make the Schwartz fit either the WD or the H are very different. You can buy the parts needed to make that wide front fit the Farmall H, but the cost of just the parts to retro fit it would be close to the cost of a complete, brand new Schwartz that is ready to bolt on and go.
