any one have a pic or part # of the puller i may need to buy or tricks to removing the bearing ??this bearing is on a 58 IH 330

Unbolt the bolt and the retainer should come right off with it, then
the bearing just slides off the shaft, usually fairly easily in my
experience.

Like Zack said. I can't remember if there is a hardened race or not..... If so, just score it with an abrasive cut-off wheel, split it with a chisel and it will slide off.

I have them from when i bought out a former I H dealer as far as going to a tool placed and buying one that ain't going to happen . The tool has the FES # and unless ya can get a dealer to order it OVER PRICED TOOL COMPANY will not sell it to you . The one for the bigger tractors has a FES #68-12-1 and the other one i will have to dig for as it is not usually carried in the truck.

removed bolt & bearing does not move ,no room to get a splitter puller behind the inner bearing race ,,also when bolting the transmission back together ,how do you prevent the bearing rollers from hanging up on the output shaft ,there is not much or a taper ..and snap goes the roller ?

Before i had all the fancy tools to work with i would use a chisel that i had ground to get the bearing moving and kept going bigger . Now as to HOW to keep from knocking the bottom roller out when going back together , A heavy rubber band wrapped around the bearing to hold them tight and proper alignment and a couple of homemade dowel bolts and being gentle .

utility 300 with t/a ???????????????

Since the bearing is being replaced anyway. Put a rag under the bearing to catch the pieces and pry the bearing cage off. If you have a 2 jaw puller that will adjust the legs to squeeze in or similiar type that will work theres a little lip to catch on after the rollers are gone.
