To my limited knowledge the only way to do this is put a 300 or 350 back end on a H front end.

Or did the make such an animal?

I saw one at a show too, even had a decal that looked genuine. Occasionally someone puts one together, IHC didn't

Farmall never made a production H-TA. However, they did make a couple. In total I believe they made 4 H-TAs for testing and so on, but they were either destroyed or lost in time. The only ones you see now have been "frankensteined" together and I plan on trying it myself soon.

I saw several sell at a sale in Danbury Ia that had been very nicely made and John Kinze was there and told me he had helped his friend engineer the top so they looked like an H.There were also a few SMTAs that were TA delete.
