IH 56 and 7000 series plateless planter should work good.

Power wise, the H would handle any 4 row. Hydraulic wise with the LiftAll, stay with something where you can install a large raise cylinder as your pressure would only be 800 or so psi.

On the JD 7000 series, the markers are hydraulic and you would not have enough pressure to raise them. I would do one of the 4 rows where the markers are lifted via a chain as the planter is being raised. IH 56 or JD 1240 (or earlier) would be a good choice.

Heat Houser is right on the hydraulics, my H would not lift the 7000 markers with the lift-all.
