IH collecter club could could try to beat that record at a Red Power Round up since almost all there are 30 years old and older. What about it Illinios or Ohio. Ohio would have more time to do it and also see whats needed to beat Nebraska if they break the record.

It does not say if rubber tires are required. Are steel wheels permitted? The form says must be able to travel 2.5 miles, does not state what speed is required. Any ideas there? Sounds like a road trip in the making for me.

No steel wheels. I read it on one of the forms somewhere. I assume if they get that many tractors through in one day they are going to have to keep moving.

The annual Mackinac Bridge Crossing in northern Michigan has crested 800 tractors a couple times.

What constitutes a "parade".

These tractors were all in a single file.

Maybe the lack of a marching band or two ?

Pete

Steel wheels are permitted. I spoke with Guinness and all tractors are acceptable, as long as they are 30yrs or older and can travel 2.5 miles without stopping. As for speed, there is no requirement. Also, EVERY tractor participating MUST have a registration form filled out ahead of time.

I would also like to express our extreme gratitude to Nebraska Cowman for all his efforts in helping RFD-TV spread the word about this event. THANK YOU!!!
