Super C rear wheel rim and 11.2x36 tire

The rear rim of my Farmall C has corroded out at the valve stem. {I blame the saline solution someone filled the tires with decades ago.) I am in northern VA, not far from Winchester. I see new looks-like on-line, but I have also seen shipping prices over $100. Does anyone nearby have one I can buy and just pick up with my pickup truck?

I may need a new tire too as the old one was already cracked and peeling before the rim failed and settled the tractor weight onto the tire.

I have several in Houston. I am going to the Red Power Round up in about 3 weeks in Duquoin IL. I can deliver that far. Shoot me an email and I'll get you some pics.

I'm in No. VA and just happen to have a good SC rim laying around. You got a phone #?
 
You can repair that probably cheaper than a new rim.Simply cut out the bad,weld in a patch,grind smooth(use bondo if you're picky),paint.Drill a new stem hole elsewhere...BTDT

Any local tire shop that deals in farm tractor tires can get you the rim if they don't have it in stock, and you won't have to pay shipping.

Any medium-large city should even have a local wheel/rim supplier too. You can cut out a middle man by going direct to them.
 

I guess the original poster was just joking and really didn't need that rim afer all....seems everyone has one for sale, but the poster didn't feel the need to let everyone know if it was really true or not... Bobginva
