What primer would be best for international 2150 paint?

Are you using rattle can? If so, I just use Rustoleum primer. I have had good results but haven't painted too much, just to prevent the rust.

Where ever you got the 2150 should have the correct primer for it.

True epoxy primer with a spray gun is the best for ANY paint. Waterproof, and adheres to the metal best and also adheres to the overlying surfacer or topcoat best. It will cost more than the 2150 itself, but is worth the money.
