single front wheel

Bought a single front wheel assembly at a tractor show last week, fellow said it was for a "C". I got it home and it doesn't match any of the bolt hole patterns on my M, H, or C, and the numbers do not match my parts manuals. Number on the fork is 23744, number on the wheel is 3661D. There is definitely an IH stamped in the cast wheel. There are four 5/8" bolt holes, spaced 2 3/4" front to back and 5 1/4" across. The tire is 5.00 X 15 (not 16). Any help is appreciated!!

That's an F-12/14 fork and wheel.

we have had that problem before, you can lay out the pattern you need ,punch and drill the new holes ,worked out fine
