200, C/SC compatible?

I have a Farmall 200 with Fast hitch. At sometime in
it's past, one of the bolts that mount the hitch to the rear-end casting broke tearing a chunk from the casting rendering it unfixable. Will a C/SC rearend
unit fit for a replacement?
tks.

The SC/200 rear end was equiped with a double bolt mounting at the rear of the cast frame. Seems to me the pre 2-point SC and the C used a single bolt mounting for the draw bar. Be sure the frame has place for 2 bolts. If you need a picture I can get you one. Someone on here needs to verify if the draw bar for the C and SC had position for 2 bolts at the rear.

both of my 51 SC's have the double bolt holes at the rear
One has the fast hitch which uses them all,
other with a standard drawbar uses either/or to adjust drawbar height.

that is correct, but the all the Super C"s had the same bosses in the cast to except the fast hitch.

dgerth, here is a photo of the mounting holes on the trans/diff housing on my 1949 'C'. Casting code is 'S' which should be right for 1949.
Hope this helps.

dgert, I went into caseih parts. Here are the part numbers they list
farmall c - 351131R42
super c - 351131R33
200 - 351131R51
So do you suppose both brake styles fit the same housing???
for what it's worth
good luck
Dennis

I've seen multiple 200's with busted castings. Seems to be a weakness? or just abuse?

SC and 200 are that same for sure. Fast hitch will bolt right up to a "C" but I'm not sure if the castings the same to remove the band type brakes for disc. Seems something needed to be modified. Check the archives on this.
