Just picked another f20 up and it has the special valve lever oiling valve cover on it, part number 36848dx. How rare is this,I have never seen one before?? Is there any other advantages other than oiling everything up top?? Thanks for the help.

is that the one that has two little spring loaded flip open lids similar to the oilers on the magneto? If so that is what is on my 39. My 36 and 37 have different cover that you have to pour oil through the screw off cap to lube the valves.

Its the one with the big screw off cap u poor oil thru. All my other ones have the same as your 39 with the little flaps.

Just curious... can you post a picture? I want to see it and show my husband. Or F20 and our Regular both have valve covers with the two little flip up lids.

the ones with the large twist cap are the real scarce ones around these parts.

I have never seen one on a 20. They seem fairly common on 30s
