Any brand is just fine. There is only maybe 4 plants in the U.S. that make the stuff and all have to meet ASE specs so pretty much does not matter where you buy or what brand you buy

At the risk of having my life threatened again, Im going to have to disagree with old. We shipped additive "packages" to at least 19 different compaines who MANUFACTURE antifreeze, not just combine other peoples products. Do your engine a favor and run a silicate free antifreeze, what ever is locally available to you, and youll be just fine. As oil, brand isnt as important as maintaining it!!! Ive been running Rotella ELC is mine for years now, and have NEVER had a coolant related problem. (Ill get bashed but I dont care, even Dexcool will work good in your tractor.)

run a fleetguard diesel service antifreeze, it will have sca additives (specific corrosion additives) to reduce corrosion and cavitation at the cylinders.

Run an extended life coolant, buy only premixed, I know alot of people dont like paying for the water in the premix but just adding tap water will introduce minerals and other substances not to mention the ph and hardness level of your available water source.

i won't put dex-cool in anything after seeing the results of it's use, sludge build up in the cooling system, not in just one vehicle but several, always been curious as to the effects of silicates in antifreeze, reason being was a fast talking salesman convinced the so called fleet manager that we didn't need to use silicate type antifreeze in the trucks, wasn't long before a newer model cummings at the time had to have a leaking water pump replaced, wasn't to long and it was back with the same problem old mechanic that replaced it was told by the fleet manger that he should have put and additive in with the coolant ,so the mechanic gets the additive and notices the contents having silicate in it,all i will say is he wasn't to happy as this wasn't the only leaking pump he had replaced on some of the newer engines
