Are you trying to remove the glow plug alone or the entire injector? You should be able to remove the glow plug itself just by unscrewing it from the injector. Removing the injector nozzle is similar. Removing the entire injector unit is difficult. If you do not have a suitable puller there are two options:
Either:
1). Disconnect the high pressure fuel lines from the injectors.
2). Loosen the two nuts on each injector unit - not too much.
3). Turn motor over on the starter motor until the injectors loosen.
DO NOT remove the two nuts. If you do, the entire injector unit will be ejected from the cylinder head at high velocity and could cause serious injury.
Or:
1). Remove cylinder head.
2). Take head to cylinder head repair shop and ask them to remove the injector units.

Hi yes I am in Australia, great to get some help from everyone ,i think im going to have to remove the head ,the tractor is beautiful working order other than this issue and i really want her to turn and burn again

Where are you? There are some excellent diesel people who deal with old motors like this. If the glow plugs are really jammed in tight, then they can help. Be careful, there are diesel mechanics and diesel butchers. The latter can cost you very serious money.
