Have Super H That I Need To Replace It What Other Tractors Are The Same Is A Regular H The Same? Or How About 300/350 Any Help Be Great

You probably do not need to replace the whole governor. CaseIH still has parts.

SH is the only correct complete bolt on. Throttle tube to carburetor on a H is longer. You can change tubes. 300 and 350 has the wrong throttle lever. You can change that.Every thing else on the 300, 350 works. M to SMTA has the wrong top casting, linkage rod, tube and drive gear. All of that can be changed out to work. 400 and 450 has all the wrong parts a M to SMTA does and also the throttle lever. Depending whats wrong with yours other governor internals can go in to repair it if needed.

If you know of any 140 combines with a power unit on it , there ya go.
Same as a super H. I have a manifold and carb from one on my regular H. Works fine.
