Rollover protection for an IH 3414

Has anyone info for a custom design for a roll over protection system (ROPS) for an IH 3414. I have the tractor/backhoe/front loader combo and would like to have one built. Trouble is, this has to meet/should meet 'legal' specs, that is be engineered designed as inspectors are lurking and would shut the unit down. What is 'approved' is a design by an engineer from which one is made by a certified welder. All can be done locally here, but I'm wondering if that wheel has already been invented. Pictures would be useful.
 
Check with someone in NY State. I'm pretty sure they had a state assisted program to get ROPS on older tractors.
