flushing a thermo syphon system

How does one flush out the block and radiator of a tractor like a super a that does not have a water pump? The thermo syphon works fine now but I would like to keep it clean and prevent clogs.

Drain it and fill with Vinegar run it a while then drain and save. Make a fitting to go on the drain and back flush. Then refil with the vinegar you just used and run again then one more time back flush. You should be ready to go using distilled water and antifreeze.
