Farmall A cultivators w/pneumatic lift-all

I have my grandpas 46 A with a good working pneumatic lift-all. I have the plow, disc, mowing machine and cultivators that came with the tractor. I have manuals for eveything except the cultivators. The cultivators have not been used since back in the 50's. Does any body have any pictures that show how they mount and what IH book would cover them. I think I know how most of it goes but some pictures or info would sure help.

Binder Books has a cultivator manual

I don't know if it includes the pneumatic lift parts. If not, I imagine we can find some pictures that will help.
