Need help with gov. problem. Have a 45 "A" and it seems the gov. not working correctly, whats the best way to check and adjust it?

Kinda of a long process.Order a(service) manual from these guys(YT).That way it will be done 'right'.Probably /DEFINITLY the cheapest/most useful 'accessory I ever bought for any of my tractors.Steve

pretty much second what DR said, could be adjustment , bad bearings, weights loose etc etc. really open ended question.
