What would be the chances of finding one that is in working condition??? I have 2 in good condition but the heat exchangers are frozen. Thanks jim.

Do you mean the heat valve (flapper) inside the manifold is frozen? I had given up on my distillate manifold (Super A) because it looked like a solid piece of RUST. However, using heat, lots of penetrating oil, a hammer, an air impact wrench and a good helping of patience, it is functional again and the heat valve can be moved through nearly its entire range.
So do not give up too soon. I concur that finding a good one is difficult; so spend your time and effort on what you have got

Well, on that subject, if anyone has a heat valve for Farmall H or M I am looking for a good one to make copies from. Got a friendly foundry here and the blokes there are more than happy to make parts. If anyone can help me with a heat valve I'd be most grateful. Happy to buy or borrow.
