I have a pea size hole in my manifold and was wondering how to patch it. I used some JB weld but it stinks to high heaven.

Braze it, or weld it with a good quality Ni rod such as MG200 etc.

Depending where the hole is, it is possible that it is supposed to be there to allow condensation to escape.

JB Weld does stink, but only for awhile until it has time to burn off and completely disappear.

Put a stainless steel bolt through it.

I agree, but the hole might be there on purpose.

What tractor is it on??? Many of the old tractors had a hole in them for a number of reasons and it could be as simple as a plug being missing or a water drain etc.
