Found this in a barn any idea what it is has red paint on it?

That wheel dates to the teens. I'd guess the rim is wood. ford T and the early Fordson tractors used a wheel like that. IH steering wheels from that period i believe were all cast iron. And IH didn't start painting tractors red until 1936 (for the 1937 model year)

Yeah the grainery was built in 1923 or so who knows I have it for sale now the steering wheel. Was hanging on the wall for years and the other parts I been selling from their are 1920's also.

Approx 1913-1915 Model T Ford.Dia of the wheel will tell years Bud.

If it is 16 inch it is Model T. Worth about $75
