Farmall 300 Radiator removal

Need information on how to remove the steering rod from the radiator. Any help is appreciated!

With the grill removed you'll see a large screw-type plug in the front of the steering box at the top of the front bolster. Remove that plug. Separate the steering rod at the joint mid-point on the tractor and feed the front portion of the steering rod forward thru the hole where that plug had been. You need to spin the shaft at first to feed the spiraled end of the shaft thru the steering gear teeth.
