Spin out rims for a 1957 Farmall 350 needed

Hi all,
I am trying to find at least one and maybe two spin out rims for my Farmall 350. The ones I have on it are fair but have a rusted out 3x4 in section in the center of the rim. Not all the way thru but in the top portion of the metal. I called miller tire today and they said they do not have them. The size is 12x36 rims and my tires are 13.6x36. I would take good used ones or if anyone knows where to find new ones.
Thanks
Joel

If it is just a 3x4 inch spot take the tire off and cut it out and weld a patch in then smooth it up with a grinder on the tube side.

They are 12x38 unless someone put 36's off something else on it. 36's were not an option on a 350. New ones are not being made far as I know. My 350 has those rims, but they are pretty beat up on next to the tires. When I start to restore (maybe 2013) I am going to try to find double bevel rims and the centers to go with them, but I am not ready to start on that tractor yet, or to give up the rims as I move it occasionally.

I repaired a rim last season by getting 3" flat plate about 3/32" thick at Trac Suply. Laid it out on good section of demounted rim and hammered it to contour of arc of rim. Then marked it and cut out section with 4"grinder blade and welded in patch. Ground weld flat and puttied area with silcon. Painted and you can't see the repair.

Joel,

Where are you located? I have a pair of spin out rims, 12 x 36, off a 350D that I"m looking to part with. I want to keep the cast centers for another project. I"m near Indianapolis. Contact me if you are interested. THANKS

Agreed.

I cut almost 2 foot out of one of my rims and used a section out of a old double bevel rim to patch it. That's now my "good" rim. The other was poorly patched years ago by the previous owner and it's just to damaged to try to fix. A 3X4 inch patch should be really easy.

I looked for over 10 years before I found a "good" used set of 38" spin out rims for my 350. They weren't that great when I finally bought them and they were $300 for the pair. When you could buy them new they were over $300 each.
