Stuck 450 Diesel

I"m trying to free up some really stuck pistons. The wrist pins are froze also. I have the head & oil pan off and have a rod supported by a HYD Jack pushing up on one. I can't move the connecting rod off the crankshaft yet to where I can put 100% force onto the piston itself. I guess the Big question is How can I get to the other bolts to be able to remove them from the crankshaft and is there any secret to help free up the wrist pins. Any help is so greatly appreciated. I"m trying to put life into another RED Tractor.

I believe it would be best to pull the motor, get on the floor or engine stand. At that point it will be easier to maybe get at rod bolts so you can then pull the crank. Then you can get the block in a press that will make piston removal a lot easier. When you get the pistons out just press the pins out.

If you can pull that tractor away from any building and remove anything flammable I would pour some diesel fuel or kerosene on top of one piston and set it on fire. The heat should free the piston. You may need to heat the wrist pins to free them. Only do one at a time
and remove the rod cap. Use a piece of oak 2 X 2 and big hammer and try to drive out the piston and rod. I think you need to pull the engine. I did that on a Farmall A back in 1975. Since they have wet sleeves they're easier to remove.

I know what you are up against. I had SH with 4 stuck cyliinders. 2 broke loose using Hal's method of fire in cylinder and a big block of Hickory. #1&#2 had rod bolts on side and had to use unique 3/8"breaker bar with short socket and got those bolts. Hyd jack raised tractor off floor when placed under piston. I contoured a oak block to fit bottom of rod and then chained a 4" peice of steel under siderails, place jack on that and started jack process and fire in cylinders. This worked but it pushed the sleeves out to and then used press to get pistons out.
