does a 1941 farmall m pto have a seal, my 45 has the double leather seal but i cant find anything on the older models?

Its got to have a seal but it may not look like one when looking at it. My 42 A which has the small PTO looked like it didn't have one but there were 2 or 3 what looked like washers or caps on the outside and it made the whole end look like one piece. The seal was behind that stuff.

41 model below serial # 27997 was IH seal 45702D or 358772R91 or 358812R91.
Serial # 27997 and higher in 41 was 59398D.
Thats whats listed anyway. Never to sure what the early stuff has in them.

Its been about 5 years since i resealed my 41 M but i know they use O rings, to seal the unit to the case, and if memory is correct the shaft though the unit as well.
