With a cracked block, no. Good used block and associated parts will cost $1000. As Andrew says 4-500, I wouldn't offer more than $400 if I was in the market.

No more than the $400 or so mentioned by others, but very little oil on the outside. That could mean it was cleaned recently. Can't see if there is a cover over the muffler. I would ask. Seat assembly looks like an aftermarket or from an H. No wheel weights. The coil is mounted wrong. Can't tell if it has a 12 volt conversion but the wiring is all messed up. Can't tell if it has a draw bar. Again I would ask. It would have to be no more than 2 hours drive away as well.

Depends on where it is cracked. I welded up my Super C about 40 years ago that was cracked behind the carb. Still doesn't leak a drop. Look at those tires & check it out close. A little tinkering may have it running soon. It sure doesn't take much to wire it.
