H oil seal number for brake drum

Those seals rarely ever come out the way you think they will. Even a genuine seal puller will fail more often than not. The seal is already no good, no reason to attempt to save it. Just wreck it and take it out in pieces.
 
The best suggestion I have heard is to drill a couple holes in it and thread some screws in it. Then pry the seal out with a prybar/hammer/cats paw/etc.

They are a tough one to get out when you have it out of the tractor. Rusty's suggestion is a good one. Have fun!
