serial plate is missing. engine is coded 7/21/S according to codes i find it could be one of 2 different years, if the motor has not been changed. 1949 or 1971. probably 49 i would guess.
 
Those years can be distinguished by either:
engine number stamped into block near carburetor.
part number cast into block (digit after the "R").
 
Assuming the tractor is mostly original, a 1949 will have the classic Farmall Cub rounded hood and fine-mesh screen grille.

A 1971 will have a more modern look, with a squared-off hood, flat front, and expanded-metal grille.

Odds are you have a 1949 Cub, as they were much more common than the 1971 models.
