2012 RPRU question

I am taking 2 tractors to RPRU in DuQuoin. Does anyone know what dates I can brig them down?
I have Marian's number but figured if I were to post the question it may save a couple of phone calls to him from other people. I am hoping that Thurs., the first day of the show, or the Sun. before is OK. If not I need to do some fast talkin' at work

I know Monday the gates will be wide open. Not so sure about Sunday but I'd guess somebody will be around.

Would it be ok to bring them the first day of show??

Sure. Some stuff always comes in even the last day. You may have to wait in line a little to get unloaded. You will want to get pre-registered so they know you are coming. That way they will have your paperwork ready and that really speeds things up. (both for you and for them)

Thanks a bunch! I went ahead and called Marian and like expected the first 4 tries were busy. That can definetly be expected, I am sure everyone and their brother are calling him.

I talked to his wife and she stated that the gates will open the Mon. before at 8:00 a.m. for sign-in. She did tell me that on Thurs, they will be there at 7:00 (gates for public open at 8:00) but the road to gate 6 will be closed. Therefore, anyone still trying to enter equipment will need to come in from the South off of Route 14.

Just an FYI for anyone wanting info.
