The injector pump housing fills up with diesel. I have drained it several times and refilled with 30 oil.
Is it a major job to repair it? Is it going to damage anything if I run it this way for a while (need to plow 20a)?
Thanks

You shouldn't run it that way. It will wear out the injection pump and that is worth $1700+

Your problem is likely the lift pump attatched to the injection pump. Easy job and it cost me $100 5 years ago to have a pump shop fix mine. There is a thread on replacing the packing with a seal on RPM right now. MB Cat has pictures and everything of the tool you need to make.

Sorry, but I don't how to find RPM or MB Cat. If I drain it everyday and fill with oil will that get me by until I get the pump to a shop?

If it is not a B pump, it still has scavenger pump gears, you can run it. Fresh oil, and shut off at the fuel tank at night will help.

My Super WD-9 had the same problem where it was diluting the oil in its B pump. A hired hand at the time though it would be okay to just drain the pump down to the proper level instead of completely draining it and refilling it with new oil. The guts of the pump piled up bad. The front bearing seized, bent the camshaft and governor shaft, and broke both gears at the front. That was roughly 40 years ago. I kept that pump and had MB.cat (Former RPM member) repair it last year....he obviously liked a challenge. It really should have been junked. $1200 later.....and no one has ever accused me of being smart!
