One of the few old original rims found in this shape on the inside after tire removal. Can still see the IH part # in black. Probably can't read in the picture.

Yeah, I would say more times than not, you get the opposite. Rusted through and needing patching. Good find,

Probably made at French & Hecht in Davenport. !0-54 is the date, I believe.
