This has probably been published a hundred times, but what and where are the casting codes on a 450LP head? I have a head with a number on top of 70009C1. This number is right in the middle of the valves.

your head is what is called a natural gas head for an m. it is the same as a 362174 head for a 400-450 gas tractor. a late 400 450 lp head casting number is 364586 and is located on the top of the head.
