800 planter follow up

The PTO pump PSI was measured with a gauge in line and held 1600 with the needle by pass closed and spiked to 2000 PSI so pump looks good. Found some air leakage around drum but looks like I need to put a new seal on drum or a new/used drum. Blower motor is leaking oil from the stem but not bad.
Thanks for all the help and ideas so were down to 2 things either the blower motor or the drum.

The experience we had at dealer level was if the orbit motor was leaking it needed replacing, runs on needle bearings inside motor, they list a seal kit but it was about as pricey as a new motor. Would check for rough bearings on fan impeller shaft while your in that area. Both items will pull your fan rpm down.

New fan motor is $455.00 Trying everything but the pricy stuff first but also need to get done planting.
