Super A fan belt

I need to change the fan belt on my 48 super a, just wondering how to get the crazy thing off and one back on? The generator belt has been replaced but the fan belt looks to be the one that came on it new! I have both belts.

The big nut on the rear of the bracket is not supposed to turn you turn the shaft at the front of the bracket let the fan assy down as far as it will go then you can remove and replace the belt
