it mic"s what ever the original crank spec is. those brgs are to be used with a worn crank but i have not seen it work. i guess if you had clearance of about .006 then they "should" but by then the crank is egged shaped and needs to be ground and min is .010 for grinding under size. i can look up the actual #"s in morning.
 
You should buy a manual as they have a lot of useful info in them. Hal

I personally dislike .002 bearings. I have seen way too many installed routinely during an overhaul. The crank would be in good shape and then someone just feels it must be worn a little so puts in some .002's.s Then the next tear down all the journals have grooves in them and has to be reground for sure. Some time we forget that the cyl in lubricated with the throw off from the rods and if clearance is not correct we get too much or too little throw off. These old birds run on quite a bit of clearance and it has to be balanced so pistons get lubed properly and keep the lube system in general balanced out.
