With rear tire chains, my guess is a snow blower mounted in front.

That's what I was assuming - but what the heck could that be on the upper right - looks like a starter mounted up there. maybe some kind of whinch lift?

I don't want to call the guy just to ask, since I'm not planning on buying it.

Could also be a power broom or something like that.

Doesn't look like it steers very well.

I wonder if that is an oil cooler ahead of the grill. The lower tank on it looks right for a cooler.

This tractor didn't steer worth a damn. I changed it to a wide front.

Looks like it could be a winch for lifting whatever is not pictured. You could call to ask if he is only selling the tractor or if whatever is attached goes with it. That technically would be a legitimate question to ask, and would help some inquiring minds as well.
