I want to convert my 68 cub to alternator, does any one have the part # of an alt. that will fit without cutting the hood, want the one wire type with internal regulator, and how to hook it up. thanks STEVE

I think the Hitachi alternator was used on some Cubs as they're smaller. The napa number is 2138130. They're off the 1978-1980 Nissan 620 & 720 pickups. Hal
