Farmall BN hub

What is the eases whey to pull the rear hub off on,the left side of tractor. Sorry no pictures. Two digital cameras both not working.

Jack it up and support it with the tire still on the hub. Unbolt the hub and kick/hit the tire so it will break the hub loose froms the axle.

The axle shaft has bearing what is the best why too pull the axle out. Do you have too use a puller to pull the bearings out. Sorry I said the hub my son needed my attention.

On the inside there is a cap with 4 bolts. Inside that is a nut on the axle. Get the nut off & the axle should come out.Use a block of hard wood & a hammer.

There are four bolts between the hub and the housing on the outside that holds the bearing and seal in, this needs to be unbolted since this piece will come out with the axle. Like was said earlier the cap on the inside needs removed, and the nut and bearing taken off the inside. On this I just let the bearing slide off of the shaft as I pull it out. Make sure you support the bull gear as this will drop out of there when you pull the axle shaft out of there. good luck
