You all were right the 4 inch rubber bushing/springs were rotted and ripped in half. I ordered 2 new ones off ebay no tax free shipping 73.00 for 2. I need a new bushing for the half inch shaft that the rubber springs pivot on. All other bushings looked good and tight. Original owner weighed 150 lbs not much wear. Where can I get just one of those bushings?

A single wear bushing should be available at a CIH dealer. Aftermarket bushing kits are available as well.

I hope you are about the same size as the original operator. I put new aftermarket rubber torsion springs in the 1206 seat last year. I tip the scales at 220, they lasted a month (maybe 200 hours) last spring. The next two came from CIH. They made it through the rest of the spring and last fall, and failed after I started plowing this spring.

Just in case, save your old ones. Minn-Kota repair can rebuild them, and they will last. The ones they rebuilt for my dad's 560 have been on there most of a decade, and, well, my dad is a bit larger than I am. Minn-Kota will not rebuild the new aftermarket ones, there's something about how the material bonds to the frames or something.

Nice tractor!
