farmall 400 with 70009 head?????

just got a 400 motor and it has a 70009 head,ive never heard of this type. how does it compare to my 362174

It is a complete replacement head from IH, fit all gas M/SuperM/400/450, was sent with springs, valves, new head casting, IH part number was 70011C91.

It is a copy of the original head with later casting ID numbers, used same chamber design, valves were same as original 400/450.
