model 412 plow info

I was given a model 412 plow but it does not have the tail wheel assembly on it. since it is a semi mounted plow I have no way to pick the back up with out it. Does anyone have pics of this assembly maybe I can make one. If anyone has a junk plow that wants to sale this assembly off of that would be great also. I believe that a model 312, 412, 512 all have the same tail wheel. Thanks Josh

i believe the deluxe (full caster)tail wheel from a #70 plow is also the same

Totally different. I just robbed my 412 blind (frogs, colters and cylinder) and tossed the frame on the scrap heap. Has a tail wheel assembly on it. It is in SE Michigan. Here is a photo of what it is supposed to look like...
