966 torsion bar leak

I've got a leak on the left side of the torsion bar assembly, can you pull the left side bracket and change the O-ring or does the whole assembly have to come out of the right side to service it? Thanks

there are 3 o rings on the torsion bar assy. 2 are the same- 1 right and 1 left. the 3rd one is different size, i think on left. so i think you *could* change just the one on the left without taking the whole thing apart, but you've got the thing half apart anyway, so i'd just do all 3 and be done with it.

If you want to replace the rh oring too, you'll have to pull the pto. The load sensing arm is attached to the middle of the torsion tube, it has to come off to get the torsion tube/bar out the rh side. Best way to do this is to pull the pto. The right side of the torsion tube doesn't really move, so you should be ok with just replacing the lh orings.
